Multi Point Lock Door Won T Open

This evening i opened it closed it and now it won t open again.

Multi point lock door won t open.

Door lubrication is required. Upvc gearbox failure or multipoint lock damage. Problem with lock cylinder. New door necessary if unable to open upvc lock.

The door will still latch and unlatch using the handle and when the door is closed and the handle is pushed up as was needed to turn the key to lock it previously we can hear the locks moving into place as normal but the key will not actually turn.
